Purchasing Your Gown – FAQ’s

Is this the official Jorge Manuel online sale page?

This is the OFFICIAL page for bridal gown designer Jorge Manuel which is part of Jorge Manuel Weddings, Inc. By purchasing through this website you are guaranteed a Jorge Manuel product, made in the USA, backed by its top quality in design, Silk fabrics, beading,  and manufacturing. Any purchase made by any other website claiming to be a Jorge Manuel original product is not backed or guaranteed by Jorge Manuel Weddings, Inc. unless notified by one of our customer service reps.

Are the gowns sold in the sale, SAMPLES or NEW dresses?

The online sale is for NEW, made-to-measure, gowns.

What measurements do I need at time of ordering?

It is up to the customer to have the correct measurements at time of ordering. The orders are placed by dress size. Please refer to our ‘dress size chart’ in our ordering page to best match your measurements (bust, waist, hips) to the dress size chart to properly order your size.

What happens once I make my payment and order goes through?

Purchaser will be contacted via email within one (1) business day of placing order with confirmation of items ordered and approximate estimate date of arrival for order by a Jorge Manuel Weddings, Inc. representative.

Will I need alterations once I receive gown?

All gowns need alterations. Regardless if the dress fits well once you receive it, you will want to have the hem of gown altered to your correct height size and bustle (pick-up of train for reception). It is up to the discretion of bride to make the proper arrangements with a local qualified seamstress to have alterations made on the gown. Jorge Manuel Weddings, Inc. is not responsible for alterations on any gowns purchased online after it has shipped and received by bride.

What is the SHIPPING TIME for my purchase to arrive?

All orders shipped insured with FEDEX Ground (3-5 business days), unless the shipping address is INTERNATIONAL which will ship FEDEX Express (3-7 business days dependent on Customs).  A confirmation email will be sent with tracking information so you may track your order.

Once order is received and payment has posted to the order, gowns are placed on cue for production (10-12 weeks). If gown is in stock then gown ships within 5-7 business days. You may contact us before making purchase at info@jorgemanuelweddings.com to verify if the gown desired is in stock.

We pride ourselves on offering top quality product with the best in fabrics, hand embroideries and finishings. Therefore, almost all of our gowns are made-to-order. Once purchase is completed online, gowns are placed on cue for production.

What is the RETURN POLICY on my purchase?

Since gowns are made-to-order all sales are final. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may contact us at info@jorgemanuelweddings.com and to the discretion of Jorge Manuel Weddings, Inc. we may exchange your purchase for a different gown.  No credits or exchanges will be made for dresses worn or 5 days after receipt of gown.

How do I PAY for my order?

Orders must pay through PAYPAL.com as Jorge Manuel Weddings, Inc. does not keep or collect any credit card information. Client does not need a Paypal account to make payment and may complete transaction using a credit card of choice and/or approved by PAYPAL.com.
